No Login, No Account, No Personal Data

Nova AI requires no login, account creation, or personal information. You can use Nova completely anonymously. All conversations are private and never associated with an email, username, or account.

How Nova Works

Nova stores your conversation history locally on your device using your phone's secure storage. When you send a message, it is sent anonymously to OpenRouter (our AI gateway provider) which forwards it to the AI model you selected (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta).

We do not:

• Store your conversations on our servers.
• Log your queries or responses.
• Collect your email, name, or any identifiable information.
• Track you across the app or other services.
• Sell your data or share it with third parties (except OpenRouter and your chosen AI provider).

AI Model Providers

Your message is forwarded to the AI model provider you select. These providers process your prompt to generate a response. Please review their privacy policies to understand how they handle your data:

Conversation History

Your conversation history is stored only on your device, in your phone's secure storage. CodeCasa Studios does not have access to your conversations. You can delete conversations at any time directly in the app, and they will be permanently removed from your device.

Payment Information

Payments for tokens and subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple App Store or Google Play. We never see your card details, billing address, or payment method. Transactions are handled securely by Apple and Google.

Advertising

Nova displays ads via Google AdMob (non-premium users). Google AdMob may use your device's Advertising ID to deliver personalized ads and measure ad performance. You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings.

Device Information

We may collect limited device information (e.g. device type, OS version, app version) for app stability and crash reporting purposes only. This data is anonymized and is not linked to any personal identity.

Your Rights

Since we don't collect or store personal data, there's no personal data to access, correct, or delete. Your conversation history is entirely under your control and stored only on your device.

1. Service Description

Nova AI ("the Service") is a mobile application that provides access to multiple AI models including but not limited to OpenAI's GPT, Anthropic's Claude, Google's Gemini, Meta's Llama, DeepSeek, and Mistral. Nova AI allows users to send queries to these models and receive responses. The Service is provided by CodeCasa Studios ("we", "us", "our").

2. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, and using Nova AI, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Nova AI after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

3. Use License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Nova AI for personal, non-commercial purposes in compliance with these terms. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service or its code.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover the source code or underlying technology.
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels in the Service.
• Use the Service to develop competing products or services.

4. User Obligations

You agree to use Nova AI only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the Service. Prohibited behavior includes:

• Harassment, abuse, or threatening language directed at other users.
• Publishing obscene, defamatory, or libelous content.
• Transmitting viruses, malware, or any code that damages or interferes with the Service.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems.
• Using the Service to generate content for illegal activities, fraud, deception, or to bypass legal restrictions.
• Mass automated queries designed to disrupt the Service or circumvent usage limitations.
• Using AI responses to impersonate others or create misleading content.
• Any activity that violates laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Nova AI application, including its design, features, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of CodeCasa Studios and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You retain ownership of the text and prompts you input ("User Content"). However, you grant CodeCasa Studios and AI model providers the right to use your User Content to operate, improve, and debug the Service and underlying AI models, in accordance with applicable law and their privacy policies.

Responses generated by AI models are owned by CodeCasa Studios and the respective AI model provider. You may use generated responses for personal purposes. Commercial use requires explicit written permission from CodeCasa Studios and the relevant AI provider.

6. Token and Subscription Terms

Free tokens are provided daily at our discretion and may be limited or modified at any time. Token packs purchased are non-refundable except where legally required. Tokens do not expire and carry no monetary value — they are purchased access to the Service and are not a currency.

Premium subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime through your device's app store settings (Apple App Store or Google Play). Refunds for Premium subscriptions are governed by your device's app store policies.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that abuse token allowances, attempt to manipulate the system, or violate these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CODECASA STUDIOS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WHERE SUCH LIMITATION IS PROHIBITED BY LAW, OUR LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

NOVA AI IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. AI RESPONSES ARE PROVIDED BY THIRD-PARTY MODELS AND MAY BE INACCURATE, OUTDATED, OR CONTAIN ERRORS. YOU SHOULD NOT RELY SOLELY ON AI RESPONSES FOR CRITICAL DECISIONS, LEGAL ADVICE, MEDICAL ADVICE, OR FINANCIAL ADVICE.

YOU ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE AND THE CONSEQUENCES OF RELYING ON ANY CONTENT GENERATED.

9. Third-Party Content and Services

Nova AI relies on third-party AI model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta, DeepSeek, Mistral, etc.) and the OpenRouter gateway. We are not responsible for the accuracy, quality, or legality of responses generated by these third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Nova AI at any time, with or without cause, including if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. Any provisions that logically should survive termination (including limitation of liability and intellectual property) shall survive.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and/or by sending you a notice within the app. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be exclusively brought in the courts of England and Wales, and you hereby consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

13. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, or if not possible, severed. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CodeCasa Studios regarding your use of Nova AI and supersede all prior and contemporaneous communications and agreements, whether written or oral.
